I was in the market to replace my truck and saw a 2021 Rubicon 392 on CarGurus. Decided to give them a call from across the country to see what we could do in terms of numbers. I had dealt with JP from sales via text sending information on my trade. Once the numbers looked good, I dealt with Jason their finance guy and both him and JP made the process insanely quick. I had found the car on Sunday and by Friday that same week the Jeep had arrived to me (shipped Wednesday). They transaction was quick and both individuals were transparent. I'd be happy to do business with again in the future if needed.

Update on previous review: After multiple unsuccessful attempts by another (closer to me) Ford dealer to resolve an intermittent/cold start electrical problem, I returned to Tommie Vaughn Ford where the issue was immediately embraced and "owned" by the GSM, Mike Colvin, and a subsequent deep dive by the service department eventually discovered two wires melted together near a splice in a wiring loom in the passenger kick panel area. This service experience, overseen by parts and service director, Jeremy Wilson, was outstanding and in contrast with the initial response I reported (see below). I would now unreservedly recommend Tommie Vaughn Ford and have accordingly changed my rating to 5 stars. ----------------------------------- Previous review: Not the very best pricing but certainly competitive, and the general atmosphere, responsiveness and professional service levels from sales and finance offer a high degree of comfort not matched by other dealers with comparable or only slightly better pricing. After-sales service rather disappointing, multiple dash warnings after 375 miles on a new F-150 and dealer service response was essentially a shoulder shrug "take the truck to your nearest dealer and let us know what they find". So you can expect a good sales experience and then hope you don't need anything other than routine oil changes from the service department.
